These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flowzent Tech Ventures, Inc. governing your access to and use of our AI infrastructure platform, APIs, and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing Flowzent services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. API Usage & Limits

Flowzent grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our APIs subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform.
• Use the services to develop a competing foundation model or AI infrastructure product.
• Exceed the rate limits associated with your subscription plan without prior authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

Your IP: You retain all rights to the data you upload and the specific outputs generated for you.
Our IP: Flowzent retains all rights to the underlying platform, algorithms, pre-trained models, and documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowzent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
